Highlight is, heattreatment plant is managed by promoter who himself is a metallurgist. We are manufacturing gears for On-road vehicles, Off-road vehicles and other sectors. Today, Indwel is one of the leading Gear manufacturer in South India due to its capability of manufacturing high precision gears.
Indwel is capable of manufacturing all type of Gears such as Ground, Shaved, Hobbed gears from a minimum of 20 mm dia to dia as high as 500 mm (milli metre). Similarly modules starting from 0.5 to 10. Indwel mainly focuses on Spur and helical gears. Recently Indwel upgraded itself by adding Profile Grinding machine supplied by M/s. Kapp Niles, Germany along with CNC Gear Tester. With this facility Indwel can supply gears even DIN2 / DIN 3 (Master Gears).
Indwel has a dedicated design team and Quality Team. All activities raw material procurement, material inward system, Lab testing, material handling and accounting, identification / traceability, storing & preservation, processing, Packing, forwarding and dispatches are strictly monitored and ensured no deviations in the process.
Indwel can manufacture Master Gears and Develop Proto samples for customer requirements.
Apart from Manufacturing, Indwel will also deliver high Quality Heat Treatment Services with high quality Sealed Quench furnaces.
